The hotel has practical rooms and courteous employees. the location is favorable, only 1 mile from a mid-19th-century temple. - the property is in a famous area. - the great restaurant is a nice plus. - the property met our purpose, and we would like to go back there again.

The hotel's location was great, and the staff was friendly. Complementary breakfast and room service were decent. the room was cosy and had everything one needed.
The room was not very clean, and had some issues. the TV didn't work properly and kept disconnecting, and the walls had mould!

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Kolkata. the location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-designed with nice interiors and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a mini bar and breakfast served in the morning.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful and there was nothing that I could fault.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and enjoyable. The bed was nicely made and comfortable to sleep on.
